Refund

Except for the refund request arising from the purchase of the upgrade service, a refund application cannot be made in any other situation.

The refund amount is the product purchase amount excluding shipping.

Refunds will be refunded according to your payment method. If you paid with a credit/debit card or bank account, it may take some time for PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to process a credit transaction with your bank.
